Hi everybody!
Well, Flavia found a way to visit the "Palazzaccio" too...what do you think about that?
"I’ve found an association that organizes a guided tour inside our Palazzaccio. It costs 10E and takes almost one hour, the guide that will explain us the history of the building from an architectural point of view. We can choose a day, we can go at anytime and the tour lasts almost one hour.We can contact Francesca Lutri, that is the one to whom I’ve just talked, and propose her some dates and times, so she will ask for the authorization to the Palace. For further information you can surf on the web site below:
http://nuke.ideandoroma.com/ProgrammaGenerale/VisitaalPalazzodiGiustiziaPalazzaccio/tabid/61/Default.aspxFor me it would be easier on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s afternoons or on Saturday.
Let me know if you are interested in going"
I think that it is an absolutely wonderful idea! :)
RispondiEliminaOk, Let's go!!
RispondiEliminaHowever, I think it's a very strange thing that for law students there is no reduction or free entrance!!
I mean, for example many museums and institutions in Rome are free for the students of Architecture...
See you on next week,
Best
Flavia Mancini
It could be an interesting idea, really!
RispondiEliminaI agree with Flavia, it's really strange that there's not free entrance for us.
The only positive thing is that we can have a free library-card in order to do researches in the juridical library of the Court. But, unluckly, this card doesn't allow us to visit the other parts of the building. So we'll have to pay the visit....

It's true, for students of architecture and art history the entry to museums and exhibitions is free, who knows, maybe even this visit would be free for them!
RispondiEliminaAnyway,i confirm my interest in it, and i think it would be the best thing if we were to go during lesson's time, maybe we could meet in faculty and go all together (it's only ad idea, of course!).

Hi to everyone!
RispondiEliminaI agree with all of you, is something really out of order that they don't let us enter for free!
However i really would like to come and i suggest and prefer to go during the class time, for me is ok even on the 30 of april, or not on the last week of the course like Gialdroni was suggesting.

Hi everybody! I am still waiting for an answer by the organizer, but what I want to underline is that we can of course enter for free, what we sholud pay is the guide. Moreover, as we already said last week, it is not so easy to get inside, we can try to go on our own, saying something to convince the gars, but in this way some of us could be not allowed to enter... I will call the assosiation again later to ask more information.
RispondiEliminaI'll tell you.
Bye.
I'm really enthusiastic by the idea and I should be free on April 30th!
RispondiEliminaJust let me know if there is some changes!
See you next wenesday
Best

RispondiEliminaBonjours Hélène,
RispondiEliminaas we decided on Fryday I told the organizer that we would like to go on the 20 or 21 of May on morning instead of our lessons. She has just written to me that she has already asked for the authorization and will let me know as soon as possible.
I hope you will be free.
Bye.

It all sounds great. I guess the 20th or the 21th of May will be the best option and I'm in. But I was wondering, will the tour be in Inglish/ will the guide talk in Inglish? Because if it is in Italian, I'm afraid i won't understand much of it....See you tomorrow!
RispondiEliminaMarieke

RispondiEliminaI prefer to go on 20th or 21th may, but I will try to be present however..

Well, I will join you of course, you already know it. 20th or 21st of Mai, for me it's the same. Let me know and...Flavia, you can of course tell us about what the guide told you (i.e. if the dates are ok) also during the classes!
RispondiEliminaHi everybody! We got the permission to enter the Palazzaccio!
RispondiEliminaWe are allowed to go on May,the 21th at 10 at the main entrance. Then a judge will drive us inside building.
They need a complete list with the names of the visitors, I'll send it when you all confirm.
We could just write a list tomorrow or send me an e-mail.
Bye!
Oh... it's free.
